How long is the shipping?

  • Our shipping time is on average between   2 and 5 weeks, depending on a country
  • We ship from our suppliers in China, and sometimes we are running out of stock, that can cause a delay in processing
  • We would not be able to cancel and refund you while the order is still in transit.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

  • First of all, don't panic, we got you covered.
  • We will refund you 100% of your purchase or send you a replacement immediately if the item arrived damaged, no questions asked! Just send us a picture at support@exty-three.com

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

How do I return?

  • Simply email us at  support@exty-three.com and our customer service will initiate a return process for you.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

What items are returnable?

  • You can return your item within 30 days of the delivery.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are   not  returnable!
